Looking to send (early) Valentine's Day flowers to my wife (on a work trip in LA), I was referred to Pete's by the Thompson Hotel, where she was staying. As I was checking up on the order late in the afternoon, I discovered there was a little misunderstanding with the delivery and the hotel. The details aren't really relevant, but suffice it to say that Bob (at Pete's) was extremely courteous and diligent about helping me resolve the issue, ensuring that my wife received her flowers, which she loved, with barely a hiccup. Many thanks for making it a successful Valentine's Day from 2,000 miles away!
