I called several florist in the area. They all had the attitude that I was disturbing them. Then I called Pete’s and spoke to Bob. What a completely different experience. The pleasant phone conversation and willingness to go the extra mile was a breath of fresh air. Bob even hand delivered my arrangement to my friend. He made sure the flowers were in her hand before leaving. Can not say enough good things about Pete’s!
