I was worried about the flowers arriving on time, so phoned the shop. Bob was extremely nice and reassuring -- and the flowers arrived on time and were gorgeous! I sent flowers to my daughter to wish her luck on a big professional exam--Pete's not only created a lovely arrangement, but went the extra mile when the delivery person also wished her good luck. Such a nice touch :) Made her day and mine!
