Bob, who is the lovely person imaginable, was patient, helpful, and quickly understood what I wanted.
Of course the proof is in the results, which met and exceeded my expectations.
The friend who received the flowers was over the moon with them and positively burbled her pleasure, even sending me photos of the arrangement from various angles.
